Me and my Fiancé went through Justin to purchase our home in March of this year.
He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He goes to bat for his clients as if you were his own family. Not a stone goes unturned when it comes to getting you and your family into a house that not only you love, but that you will be safe and comfortable in. Justin is super knowledgeable on basically every aspect of the homes he is selling. I would recommend Justin to ANYBODY looking for a home, whether it be your first home, or your forever home.
Justin was beyond an asset as I embarked upon the search for my first home purchase.

The standards Justin set for what we should expect from a real state agent are impossible to achieve by any other.
He's so knowledgeable not only in his field, but also in construction standards . He would start our showings from the outside and teach us how to look for flaws in the foundation, water damage, and misplaced gutters, he would pay attention to all the details and give us an honest assessment of the shape of the house. We learned so much from him. After dozens of showings, and almost 2 years of house hunting, he finally found us " the one". Then he patiently held our hand through the buying process and made the whole process easy and seamless. He's professional, always reachable by phone and email, efficient with his deadlines, and reliable. I'm honestly sad that now we won't get to see him from time to time. He's a lovely human being and delightful to hang out during showings. Just icing on the cake ! Hard to find the words to describe how thankful I am to have found him. Thanks Justin ! I am grateful to have found Justin Delk as the real estate agent for the sale of my sister’s home.
Being a real estate agent myself, I knew what professional qualities to look for in an agent. In addition, and since I was an out of state client, I needed Justin to go above and beyond to keep me informed, take care of things that I could not do myself such as going to the Village office to deal with inspection issues, help with organizing the clean out, working with the title company to make sure a title issue was cleared in time and the list goes on. He was also a great source of guidance. The first deal I accepted ended up falling and within 24 hours, he had a backup offer in place. I might add that the backup offer was the one that Justin recommended in the first place. He is well respected in the real estate community that he works in because everything fell into place just as he said it would. That comes from working well with cooperating agents and having expert market knowledge. I had a better outcome than expected. It was a pleasure working with Justin and I highly recommend engaging him as your real estate agent.

Justin is the most amazing realtor and person we ever could have hoped to work with.
He came highly recommended by my sister, and spent 9 months making sure my fiancé and I ended up in the perfect house for us. Many realtors would likely be motivated to simply make a sale, but there were plenty of houses that Justin determined would not be acceptable for us to live in with our minimal budget for renovations. He always made himself available to go on the hunt to see the next house I was obsessed with for the day, and seemed like he dropped everything to be there for us. He responds to all calls, emails, and texts incredibly quickly, and works so hard to make the process as seamless as possible. Justin truly cares about his clients, and really did everything he could to make us happy. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the process of buying/selling homes, as well as what it would take to make a home move-in ready. We considered Justin to be our own personal inspector, as he was always spot on with anything we should be worried about in a home, due to his background in construction. Justin is simply the best, and we recommend him to everyone we know who is in the process of buying or selling a home!

Very friendly and easy to get along with. He was super responsive at all times of the day and never took more than 30 minutes to get back to me when he missed a call or text during working hours. He was able to give detailed answers to any and all questions I had and give very insightful advice throughout the entire process of house hunting. Always kept us in the know of conversations and dealings he had with the sellers agent and really made sure that we were getting the absolute best of the negotiations that we could.

A few years ago, Justin helped me find and purchase my first home.
He was invaluable in that pursuit, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Fast forward a few years, I suddenly had to move out of state due to my career. Justin was crucial in selling my home on short notice, and was there every step of the way to coordinate whatever repair or task was necessary to get my home on the market and command a great price. I was dreading the thought of managing the process remotely as I was already quite a distance away, but Justin made selling the home as seamless and enjoyable as when I purchased it with him. Justin was the best realtor we could have asked for in the process of purchasing our very first home.
We did not even know where to begin and he met with us to do a buyers consultation where he explained everything and answered all our questions so that we were more comfortable with the process and could communicate our wants and needs. Justin worked tirelessly to send us new listings everyday and would schedule showings for us whenever we were free, whether that meant he had to drive all over with us or do multiple days back to back. Justin was very knowledgeable about the market and houses themselves, allowing us to make the most educated decision for us.
